Multi layer bandaging is an effective way to achieve a reduction of fluid within the area affected by lymphoedema.

Compression Therapy is the most effective way of maintaining a reduction in fluid. Compression therapy includes taking measurements and being fitted for a tailor made garment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a style of massage that helps to move fluid from areas of congestion to free flowing pathways.
